  This is now the 3rd time my drink order has been completely wrong at this location. The first couple times I figured, it's ok people make mistakes. But now I don't understand how you see vanilla latte on the cup and then give me a Chai. And picking it up through the drive thru, I didn't realize it until I was 20 min away. Now I'm stuck with a drink I hate, and I just wanted a pick me up after having a horrible morning. I guess it's my fault for not tasting it immediately and trying to wait until the drink cooled down a little.

  The barista kaylyn is very rude they didn't make my drink right so I asked her to correct it she got upset took the cup didn't even apologize acted like I was bothering her to do her job
